  • Represented over a dozen companies and associations in the U.S. Trade Representative’s (USTR) Section 301 investigations.
  • Designated to assist Roscoe Howard, the Special Compliance Coordinator (SCC) appointed by the Commerce Department, in monitoring the U.S. export control compliance of the Zhongxing Telecommunications Equipment Corporation, of Shenzhen, China and ZTE Kangxun Telecommunications Ltd. of Hi-New Shenzhen, China (collectively, ZTE).

“We have a diverse group of top-notch attorneys, all of whom work very hard. Last year brought many opportunities and challenges to our clients, and it is gratifying that our group has received this recognition from Law360,” said David Spooner, co-chair of the International Trade Practice Group.

Linda Weinberg, co-chair of the group added, “We are proud of the breadth of our practice, which encompasses export controls and sanctions, trade remedies, customs compliance and CFIUS, as well as the high level of service we continue to provide.”
